General Conditions of sale
These General Conditions of Purchase regulate the use of the linextras.com website (hereinafter, the “site”) of which the Genialimpulso, Lda (hereinafter, the Genialimpulso) is the holder. A Genialimpulso, Lda is a private limited company, with registered office at Rua C, Lote 62 - Casal dos Frades Industrial Zone, Ourém, Portugal, with the NIF nº 513439447 and registered in the Commercial Register of Ourém, being one of its commercial brands GENIALIMPULSO. The use by the customer of GENIALIMPULSO' online store services always implies adherence to the General Purchase Conditions, in the version published by GENIALIMPULSO at the time of the purchase order. As such, it is advisable for the customer to read these General Conditions before placing an Order.
Brief summary
The general public does not have access to product prices or availability when consulting our website, a Genialimpulso, Lda is a B2B trading company ("from business to business").
To have access to website prices, customers must have an open form in our ERP and have open economic activity in our area of operation (commerce auto parts and accessories), with the validation and creation of the registration on the website carried out by our commercial department and the access data communicated to the customer.
Product prices do not include VAT.
The customer places Purchase Orders which are then processed and transformed into internal orders by our sales department and the respective sales document (invoice) is then issued , invoice-receipt, etc ).
The Shipping Cost is calculated at the time of packaging the order and is therefore not included in the Order Form. This amount will be added to the invoice when the order is shipped.
The payment of Orders is in no case made on the website.
GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS
1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all items by Genialimpulso through its website , to its registered customers, to whom it is possible to deliver orders in Europe and the rest of the world. TheGenialimpulso informs that its site is exclusively aimed at an audience over 18 years of age. Lineextras reserves the right to cancel a user's access account, in case fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the respective use of this service.
2. PURCHASE LIMIT
For security reasons, orders with a value of more than €30,000 or more than 40 items per order cannot be placed.
3. PRICE
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website, on the date of the order and are only visible to entities that are customers with an open form at the company Genialimpulso, Lda the general public does not have access to them. Prices are detailed in each item and do not include the I.V.A. (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping charges will be indicated to the customer if requested in detail, after packaging the order when issuing the invoice. Genialimpulso, Lda reserves the right to make, at any time, the changes it deems appropriate, and may update, even daily, the articles and prices according to new developments that arise.

6. AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
If there are any incidents regarding the supply, or if there are no items left in stock, the CUSTOMER will be informed by our sales department.
7. WARRANTY OF PURCHASED ITEMS
The contractual guarantee offered is that established by the law in force in Portugal. As a general rule Genialimpulso or its suppliers will be liable for non-compliances that manifest themselves within two years of delivery, as long as the customer has informed the Genialimpulso dessa lack of compliance within two months of becoming aware of it.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Portuguese legislation. Both parties submit, to be elected, for the resolution of conflicts and to renounce another jurisdiction, to the courts in the area of the headquarters of Genialimpulso, Lda.
