Electronic Complaints Book

Since July 1, 2018 it has been available on the Digital Platform www.livroreclamacoes.pt the functionality that allows consumers and users to submit their complaints in electronic format, with the same value as complaints presented in physical format.

The so-called “Electronic Complaints Book” was created by Decree-Law No. 74/2017, of 21 June and regulated by Decree No. 201-A/2017 , June 30th.
